 이/가

It is a particle(조사) used with a noun to indicate that the noun is the subject of a sentence.

When a noun ends in vowel, 가 is attached and when it ends in a consonant, 이 is attached.

친구가 잡니다.

한국어가 재미있습니다.

선생님이 운동합니다.

옷이 큽니다.

가: 옷이 작습니까?

나: 네, 옷이 잡습니다.

Note:

*  나+가         => 내가  나가

*  저+가         => 제가 저가

*  누구+가 => 누가 누구가
